Views, silence and beautiful nature. In this coaching of half a day we have enough time to reflect on thoughts, learn about perseverance and motivations.

Tea, fruit and a snack is provided during this session. It is wise to take water and extra food when necessary.

This coaching takes place in challenging terrain. Some level of fitness is required.
