Surround yourself with great views, beautiful nature, silence and challenging terrain. It is in a place like this where your mind finds peace. During the session small assignments will be given, but there will be time to soak up the scenery too!

Refresh your mind and reload your body. Take on the challenge to reach your ultimate goal, choosing your own way!

Rate: € 200, 21% tax excluded. No travel expenses. 

Tea, fruit and a snack is provided during this session. It is wise to take water and extra food when necessary.

This coaching takes place in challenging terrain. Some level of fitness is required.
